A special double celebration! We honor the fathers and father figures in our community on Thailand's Father's Day while also marking World Soil Day with a hands-on planting workshop. Students will tribute their dads, then get their hands dirty planting a seedling to bring home as a gift.
Welcome & Opening
Brief welcome and acknowledgment of Thailand's Father's Day and World Soil Day.
Student Tributes to Dads
Students share poems, drawings, or short speeches dedicated to their fathers.
What's in Soil? Lesson
Interactive lesson on soil layers, minerals, and the microorganisms that make soil alive.
Soil Composition Activity
Students examine and compare soil samples — sand, clay, and compost.
Planting Workshop
Each student plants their own seedling in a pot to gift to their dad or take home.
Lunch & Family Time
Shared meal and casual time for families to celebrate together.
Garden Tour & Free Play
A walk through the garden area, plant care tips, and open time for families.
Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Students may bring a drawing or message for their dad. Pots and gloves provided.
