Welcome to the Spring Trip Planning Group! We work together to design, organize, and prepare for our annual spring camping adventure. Whether you’re new to outdoor trips or an experienced camper, there’s a place for you on our planning team.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a safe, memorable, and community-driven camping experience through thoughtful planning and teamwork. We aim to build outdoor skills, foster environmental stewardship, and strengthen relationships through shared responsibilities and adventure.
Meet Our Team

Claire Nguyen
The primary organizer who oversees the entire timeline, secures campsite reservations (recreation.gov), and leads the monthly planning meetings.
Priya Patel
Manages the trip budget, collects deposits from families, handles reimbursements for food/gas, and ensures all park fees are paid on time.
Angela Foster
Responsible for the risk management plan. Collects medical forms, checks first aid kits, and monitors weather conditions leading up to the trip.
